Reiki

Reiki is an energetic healing system founded in Japan, by Usui Mikao. It is a system that gradually introduces the sincere practitioner into a direct heart-mind experience of Oneness.

As taught by my Shinpiden teacher, Fran Stiene, co-founder of the International House of Reiki, there are five major elements that make of the complete system of Reiki.

• Developing spiritual and mental focus
• Techniques and meditations
• Hands on healing
• Mantras and symbols
• Attunements

My Reiki Credentials:

1982 – First and Second Degree.
2011 – Master Level.
2012, 2013, 2016 – Shinpiden Level III Usui Reiki Ryoho
Current – On-going participation in Reiki Master Level exchanges.

My friend and colleague, Yvonne Haist, (www.yvonnehaist.com) and I co-lead Reiki Level 1 trainings.

With the First Degree you can practice self-healing and the basics of hands-on healing.
